HOW ONE SIMPLE BREATHING TECHNIQUE CAN QUICKLY AND EASILY HELP YOU ACHIEVE DEEPER STATES OF RELAXATION AND CALM

They say “focus on the breath” when you first start meditating and this is great advice. When you shift your focus to the breath, you begin to become aware of your unconscious processes, you dispel rogue thoughts and become locked into a moment of mindfulness.

After 20-years of meditation, one tends to experiment with the breath and typically finds that when you alter your breath, you alter your consciousness.

This fundamental truth is what brings us to the concept of Vortex Breathing.

How does one Vortex?

It’s just an alternate pattern of breathing:

  1. In through the Nose
  2. Out through the Mouth
  3. In through the Mouth
  4. Out through the Nose

Repeat**

That’s it! Do it as fast or as slow as you’d like. Go ahead, try it like 10-times right now and see how it feels.

Why Vortex?

I’m not 100% certain about what you’re doing on the inside, but from an “experiential perspective” I’d say that Vortex is great for;

  1. Calming your ass down
  2. Focusing the mind
  3. Raising Vibration
  4. Entering Trance-like states [prolonged “vortexing”]
  5. Probably a bunch of other stuff too

But don’t take my word for it. Just give it a try right now!

Do this breathwork exercise during or even before you go into a meditative state. You’ll notice that the effects are far more profound.
