Starting your day on the Right Frequency is a ‘Reality Shifter’
Why the first thing you do in your day truly matters
Every day you have the opportunity to start afresh. What this means is that every single day you have a choice on ‘how’ you’ll begin your day.
Will spring into action with no regard for your own needs chasing after the next pressing ‘thing’ or will you wallow in the pity of yesterday or the hopes and fears of tomorrow?
What will you do with these precious hours awarded to you to dispense at will? Where will you focus your awareness?
Seems like a lot of shit to consider before even having the first sip of your morning coffee. But, most people don’t ever consider these things. They simply allow their day to unfold on automatic.
And if you don’t have an answer to any of this, may I make a slight suggestion.
“Start with Gratitude”
Starting your day with a grateful heart is a special kind of magick.
Subtle in its power, it shifts your awareness to a higher frequency. Bit by bit it invades the darkness, the anxiety, the hurt, the loss, the fear, the doubt and replaces it with love, kindness, compassion, abundance, freedom, joy, and of course a lovely smile.
Even if you believe that you lack the things to feel gratitude, I encourage you to take a breath and simply ask your unconscious mind to “reveal one thing that makes me feel grateful to be alive today”
Do this until you get an answer — you’ll be surprised at the result.
